Join us August 21, 2026 for the 21st Annual Jack Falvo III Memorial Golf Tournament. For information contact Event Chairperson, John Falvo at 518-583-0540 until 7:00 PM.

Entry fee includes 18 holes with cart (cart limit 2) continental breakfast, lunch, cocktail reception and culinary tour.

REGISTER FOR THIS YEAR'S CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT AT WESTERN TURNPIKE GOLF CLUB IN GUILDERLAND ON AUGUST 21, 2026.

Registration and entry fees must be received by August 14, 2026.
Once the Registration form is completed, you will be asked for payment.
